Any appointments that have been made can be cancelled 24hrs before appointment time. All cancellations that are not met are subject to a $50 no-show charge and appointment is considered voided. This is policy is to ensure all of our appointments are in order for the next client.
All gift cards are non refundable. There is a 1 year time period on all gift cards. All products and services are non refundable. Products can be returned unused and un opened for store credit.
