Everyday life pushes the body to levels of stress that can be detramental to our health. Procrastination and lack of willpower is always an issue for a healthy mind and body. We must first gain access to our higher self and maintain a healthy balance of all things in our life. With balance comes peace, clarity and the will to move forward in all things that we find good for the mind, body and soul.

Self care is top tier for each of us. We must maintain a healthy heart and mind. Gut health is tremendously important as well. The gut holds on to so much causing mental stress, anxiety, depression and much more. Taking care of your second brain (gut) because it holds the key to your everyday well being. I recommend establishing a good cleanse to detox the gut 3 or 4 times per year. Check with your doctor to be sure there are no medical indications one must follow.
